Rules
- The index measures what a saver can check before choosing a firm. It does not rate the quality of advice.
- Each criterion shows its source and date. Information read on a firm's website only counts if we keep the sentence that supports it; specialties spotted by keywords do not count.
- When we know too little public information, no index is shown ("not enough data") rather than a low number.
- No firm pays for its index or its rank. Clients of our agency get no advantage.
- A firm can report an error from its profile: answer within 72 business hours; the index is withdrawn while it is checked.
- Outside France, the index is shown market by market, once data covers at least 70% of firms and a manual check of 50 profiles shows under 5% errors. Until then, it is only used to order results.
