🇸🇬Terms & Conditions — Singapore

These T&C govern the conditions under which Advisor Index provides the Professional with qualified leads of individuals residing in Singapore who wish to be connected with a MAS-licensed financial adviser or wealth manager.

Each transmitted lead meets the following minimum criteria:

• The individual voluntarily completed a contact form on the Advisor Index Singapore platform;
• They explicitly consented to being contacted by a licensed financial professional;
• The email address provided is valid at the time of submission;
• The form was not detected as spam or automated submission.

Unless otherwise stated in the subscribed offer, leads are not guaranteed on an exclusive geographic basis. The same lead may be transmitted to multiple professionals in the same area. Premium offers may include contractually defined exclusivity.

The Professional undertakes to:

• Maintain a valid MAS licence or exempt financial adviser status throughout the duration of the offer;
• Contact the lead within a reasonable timeframe (recommended: 48 business hours);
• Process the lead's personal data in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) and MAS regulations;
• Not resell, transfer or share the lead's data with third parties;
• Comply with the conduct requirements under the Financial Advisers Act (FAA) and MAS regulations.

Advisor Index undertakes to:

• Transmit leads who have given their explicit consent to be contacted;
• Verify the Professional's MAS licence before activating their account;
• Maintain the confidentiality of transmitted data;
• Provide a service in accordance with the description of the subscribed offer.

The applicable pricing is that indicated on the offer page at the time of subscription. Prices are expressed in SGD or EUR excluding applicable GST unless otherwise stated.

In the event of late payment, interest shall accrue at the rate of 5.33% per annum above the base lending rate, pursuant to the Late Payment of Commercial Debts framework applicable in Singapore.

A complaint about a manifestly invalid lead must be sent to contact@advisor-index.com within 7 calendar days of receiving the lead, with supporting evidence. Advisor Index undertakes to process the complaint within 10 business days.

The offer takes effect on the account activation date and is automatically renewed unless terminated by email to contact@advisor-index.com at least 30 days before the renewal date. Advisor Index reserves the right to immediately suspend service upon loss of MAS licence, breach of these T&C, or fraudulent use.

The processing of data is governed by the Privacy Policy — Singapore of Advisor Index, which complies with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) and is overseen by the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC). The Professional acts as a separate data controller for the use they make of the received data.

These T&C are governed by Singapore law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these T&C shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) in accordance with the SIAC Rules in force at the time of the dispute, with the seat of arbitration in Singapore.
